A network on-the-move system is prepared at the tactical command and control center July 17, 2019 at Stanage Bay Training Area, Queensland, Australia, during exercise Talisman Sabre 19. The NOTM system provides command and control on the move for commanders. Housed within the TACC are multiple methods of communication used for air, land and sea controls.
