Members of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force in partnership with the 31st Rescue Squadron from Kadena Air Base conduct a rescue exercise in waters near Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, July 17, 2019. During the training, rescue crews and equipment were lowered into the water to extract a simulated casualty.
