NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (July 17, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Kurt Grochow, right, from Kelso, Washington, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, receives a Flag Letter of Commendation for his work on Ford's polyurethane resin coating (PRC) flooring team presented by Capt.
