Employers from all over Iowa board a CH-47 Chinook during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESRG) Bosslift at Camp Ripley, Minn., on July 24, 2019. ESRG holds the Bosslift to show employer’s support for their employees participation in the eXportable Combat Training Compatibility (XCTC) rotation. XCTC provides an experience similar to a combat training center to Iowa Army National Guard Soldiers at home stations or at a regional training center, minimizing cost and time away from home and jobs.
