A 500-pound General Purpose bomb was found by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' contractors performing Time Critical Removal Actions in Culebra Island, Puerto Rico. The island is part of USACE's Formerly Used Defense Sites inventory and the Jacksonville District is responsible for the day to day management and clean-up of munitions on the portions of the island where authorized.
