190725-N-CC785-0013 GREAT LAKES (July 25, 2019) Commander, Navy Region Japan won the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Culinary Competition, taking place at Naval Station Great Lakes, July 25. The winning team was (left to right) Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Jared Breneman-Paffumi, Culinary Special 2nd Class Justinne Ivanitskiy and Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Jasonmarc Donato. Twelve teams consisting of three chefs each from every Navy region competed to be called the best chefs in CNIC. Capt.
