Soliders have exchanged unit patches with those who have earned their respect in combat and through training. Capt. Marcia Bruno from the Virgin Islands National Guard and CPT Joe Legros from the Michigan National Guard proudly display the exchange of patches on their uniforms. Capt. Bruno is the Public Affairs Detachment Commander from St. Croix, Virgin Islands, training with her team at exercise Northern Strike at Camp Grayling, Michigan. Capt. Legros is assigned to Michigan's Joint Forces Headquarters in Lansing and the 126 Press Camp HQ at Fort Custer in Augusta, Michigan.
