The Adjutant General of Michigan, Maj. Gen. Paul D. Rogers, briefs community members and leaders of Michigan Industry on the training being taking place by 20 states and 8 nations at the Michigan National Guard's Camp Grayling during the Northern Strike exercise. Rogers points out that Michigan's industry made a significant impact on turning the tide of war in the 1940s and is just as important today to make the world a safer place.
