CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – Service members, emergency responders and base contractors assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ), and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), take part in an base-wide Integrated Training Event to test CLDJ's security department, incident management team and emergency service’s response to a Vehicle-borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) on base, July 26, 2019.
