Fourth MEB Commander, Col. Frank Rangel, visited 103rd Engineer Company soldiers April 16 to monitor progress of the engineer mission being
executed in support of U.S. Border Patrol - Tucson Sector. The 103rd Eng. Company deployed as a company-sized unit to execute the homeland security support project along the U.S./Mexico border here. The 4th MEB is headquartered at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
