Fire Controlman 2nd Class Luis Santiago secures a NATO Sea Sparrow missile to a loading mechanism on the aft missile deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) during a Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training exercise with other U.S. Navy warships.
