NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (July 26, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Alex Clark, right, from Boone, Iowa, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, receives a Flag Letter of Commendation for his work on Ford's polyurethane resin coating (PRC) decking team, from Capt.
