Agam Endrasmoro, escort squadron commander of Naval Base Surabaya, provides his opening remarks during a welcoming ceremony for the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Montgomery (LCS 8) and the Legend-class cutter USCG Stratton (WMSL 752) after the two ships arrived in the port of Tanjung Perak for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2019.
