Pacific Pathways' day on the range in Fiji

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jacob Alexander, who serves with the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Inf. Brigade Combat Team, 25th Inf. Division, directs Fiji Army Lance Cpl. David Tabalailai, who serves with 3rd Battalion, Fiji Inf. Regt., off of the range after his weapon was zeroed during a range training lane in Labasa, Fiji, July 31, 2019. The marksmanship training is part of Pacific Pathways' Exercise Cartwheel 2019, which seeks to build expeditionary readiness and interoperability, increasing capabilities to face crisis contingencies by developing, employing and stressing units at the highest training levels. Exercise Cartwheel provides tough realistic training, strengthening the RFMF and the U.S. Army's capacity as regional leaders, increasing security cooperation for a free and open Indo-Pacific.
