Soldiers of the 71st Battlefield Surveillance Brigade stand in formation in from of the historic Alamo Mission in San Antonio, April 14 during a change of command ceremony between outgoing commander Col. Brian Ray and the new incoming brigade commander Col. Joachim Strenk. The brigade is designed to fully integrate information collection and rapidly apply lethal and non-lethal assets to assigned targets.
