Sgt. Joshua Kohon, a native of Lake Forest, Illinois, and a weapons instructor with the Cold Steel Task Force Mobile Training Team (MTT), 86th Training Division, presides over an After Action Review (AAR) with Soldiers of the 489th Transportation Company, 143rd Sustainment Command Expeditionary (TCSC) out of Jacksonville, Florida on Ft. McCoy, Wisconsin July 25, 2019. AARs are conducted in an open manner to ensure maximum participation in discussing what areas of a training exercise went well, and what areas need improvement. The MTT team uses these AARs to continually work on perfecting the training of Army Reserve and Army National Guard units in war fighting areas of proficiency to increase the lethality of Army Reserve and Army National Guard units.
