Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLC) Sigonella held a change of command ceremony Aug. 1, 2019, at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy. CAPT Alesandro (Jay) Turner (photographed) relieved CAPT Dion English (middle) as commanding officer of NAVSUP’s logistics support center in Navy Region Europe-Africa-Southwest Asia (EURAFSWA). CAPT Turner is the eight skipper to command NAVSUP’s fleet logistics center in Sigonella since it was established in 2005 as the seventh FLC to be a part of NAVSUP’s global logistics support network.
