Boyles, the adjutant general of Mississippi, cut the ribbon to officially reopen the Columbia Army National Guard Readiness Center July 13 while Lt. Col. Paul Lyon, 150th Brigade Engineer Battalion commander, and Capt. Shane Edgar, Company A, 150th BEB commander, look on. Company A Specs. Nicholas Smith and Preston Foster held the ribbon.
