U.S. Marine Corps Col. Todd Ferry, outgoing commanding officer, and Col. Mikel Huber, incoming commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, salute during the pass and review concluding the official change of command ceremony at Hangar 131 on MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, Aug. 2, 2019. The change of command ceremony was held to transition the responsibilities of MCAS Cherry Point commanding officer from Ferry to Huber. Huber assumes command after serving as the assistant chief of staff for operations with the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.
