Hawaii Air National Guard personnel from the 154th Maintenance Group (MXG), 199th Fighter Squadron (FS), 154th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (AMXS) and the active duty Air Force’s 19th FS load a C-17 Globemaster with equipment Jul. 31, 2019 on the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii flight-line. The HIANG is conducting F-22 training to ensure the aircraft will be able to divert to alternate airfields within the Hawaiian Islands, in the event of any state emergencies. Additional personnel supporting the training included HIANG maintenance, logistics, avionics and security personnel, members of the 292nd Combat Communications Squadron on Maui, ANG personnel from Portland, Oregon, as well as Maui Airport avionics, fire and security personnel.
