Corporal Ronald Canales, a crew chief with Charlie Company, 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, carries the Charlie Company guidon during the 2nd Marine Division Run, April 20. Canales, from Miami, and other Marines throughout 2nd Marine Division covered approximately three miles in a boots and utilities formation run during the morning's early hours. Canales has deployed with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and hopes to deploy to Afghanistan in the future. Canales prays for all Marines deployed in combat zones, hoping they will come home safe.
