U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj Carlos Ruiz, sergeant major of 4th Marine Logistics Group, speaks to Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command and a local leader from Ocos, Guatemala, Aug. 1, 2019. The site visit was conducted in order to track the progress of the engineering projects. The task force is conducting training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
