Sgt. Maj. Brent L. Cook presents a bike to the winner of the raffle drawing during Marine Corps Air Station Futenma’s recognition and commemoration of Earth Day 2012 celebration at the MCAS Futenma USO April 20. “The purpose of Earth Week is to teach people,” said Shawn M. Williams. “The goal is to have people actually consider the environment when making decisions.” Cook is the MCAS Futenma sergeant major. Williams is the environmental coordinator for MCAS Futenma.
