Brig. Gen. Alex Fink, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, provides farewell remarks to the Soldiers and guests during the change of command ceremony at Fort Sam Houston, Texas on Aug. 2, 2019. Fink felt his greatest contribution to the unit was supporting and mentoring the 4th ESC’s battalion and company leaders.
