Culinary specialists from the 10th Mountain Division will introduce the Fort Drum community to the U.S. Army Food Service’s newest food truck during a grand opening Aug. 8 at Clark Hall. The crew spent two weeks training on the Culinary Outpost food truck in preparation, and will begin food service operations at various locations where Soldiers are far-removed from dining facilities and kiosks on post.
