Members of the Serbian Ministry of Interior are briefed on how the medical triage operates during an emergency or disaster response as part of Vigilant Guard 19-4, Aug. 6, 2019, at the National Center for Medical Readiness Calamityville training site in Fairborn, Ohio. Vigilant Guard is the culmination of more than a year of planning by local, state and federal agencies to provide the most realistic civil-military first responder disaster exercise possible. Ohio has been paired with Serbia through the State Partnership Program since 2006.
