Ben Ralen, assigned to Destroyer Squadron 7, climbs aboard the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Montgomery (LCS 8) during a passenger transfer as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2019.
