Matthew Mckinley, assigned to USS Topeka (SSN 754), from Camden, Ala., in assembling a self-contained breathing apparatus during submarine firefighting training. NSTCP, det. Guam, provides training for the four Los Angeles-class fast attack submarines based out of Apra Harbor, Guam, and submarines deployed throughout the region.
