DAHLGREN, Va. (July 25, 2019) — A student briefs attendees on his technical project as his summer internship concluded at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. He was among 20 college students who completed their internships via the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP). The program encourages students to pursue science and engineering careers, furthers education via mentoring and their participation in research, and makes them aware of Navy research and technology efforts, which can lead to civilian employment within the Navy.
