NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 7, 2019) Adm. Robert P. Burke, Vice Chief of Naval Operations, receives a brief on USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) plasma arc waste destruction system from Lt. Cmdr. Mike Knickerbocker, Ford’s auxiliaries officer, during a visit to the ship.
