Staff Sgt. Christopher Coleman, Dental Activities Command, Irwin Army Community Hospital, heaves the 40-pound medicine ball during the overhead toss portion of the Army Combat Fitness Test July 30 at Long Fitness Center. Coleman and other 1st Infantry Division noncommissioned officers took the ACFT as part of their level 3 certification process in order to administer the test to Soldiers within their respective units.
