U.S. Army Sgt. Brandon Melcher, a ken operator team chief assigned to the 50th Expeditionary Signal Battalion Enhanced, prepares equipment prior to conducting aerial operations as part of Exercise Dragon Lifeline August 8, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C.
