U.S. Army Sgt. Martin Rivera-Sullivan, 2nd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, provides target engagement coaching to Sgt. James Higdon, 4th Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, during a small arms transition qualification for the master marksmanship training course at Vilseck, Germany, August 1, 2019. Graduates of the course are then expected to become master trainers who can not only train their soldiers but assist their units in planning and executing marksmanship training.
