CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – More than 300 U.S. Army Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) arrive at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti’s airfield as they transit home from exercise Justified Accord with the Ethiopian National Defense Force, Aug. 5, 2019. Camp Lemonnier expeditiously provided the Soldiers with housing and food during their unexpected stop. Camp Lemonnier is an operationally-focused shore installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
