SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 14, 2019) Chief petty officers (CPO) assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen and the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) assist Chief Navy Counselor (Sel.) Rodney Jones, assigned to CSS-15, from Pensacola, Fla., with the fitting of his first CPO uniform at the Navy Exchange on Naval Base Guam. CSS-15, located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam, had 16 first class petty officers selected to wear the rank of chief petty officer.
