A U.S. Marine with Expeditionary Operations Training Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, fastens a mat to the ramp of an MV-22 Osprey during helicopter rope suspension technique training at the parade deck on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 13, 2019.
