U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. John Foy, Commander of the 730th Air Mobility Squadron (AMS) presents a special recognition award to Staff Sgt. Clifford Racine of the 145th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Small Air Terminal, following his exceptional work for the unit following two weeks of annual training at Yokota Air Force Base, Fussa-Tokyo Japan, Aug. 8, 2019. For two weeks the 145th LRS from Charlotte North Carolina, worked with the 730th AMS at Yokota, to improve job skills, exchange experience, and complete required career upgrade training.
