FORT BLISS, Texas – Sgt. John Sis, an infantryman assigned to 4th Battalion, 70th Armor Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division and a native of Annapolis, Maryland, participates in the leg tuck event of the Army Combat Fitness Test as part of the Iron Sniper 2019 competition at Fort Bliss, Texas, August 13. Sis was a member of the winning sniper team from the competition, receiving an Army Commendation medal and the opportunity to represent 1AD at the International Sniper Competition next April in Fort Benning, Georgia.
