New EagleCash cards, which will combine the Department of Defense’s EZpay, legacy EagleCash and Navy Cash stored value cards into one, are portrayed in a graphic provided by the U.S. Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. During their most recent meeting at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Aug. 8, 2019, Fiscal Service and DoD stakeholders laid out a plan for the new consolidated EagleCash card, including releasing the cards to initial training sites later this calendar year and issuing them to deployers in first part of 2020.
