A nursing team practices their neonatal resuscitation technique on a computer controlled newborn simulator during a nursing skills fair at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. The simulator can measure the nurses’ response, measuring compression depth, compression rate, ventilation and other factors, providing valuable feedback and readiness. More than 60 nurses from Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby Units participated the training to refresh their nursing skills. U.S. Army photo by Maria Yager.
