MANILA, Philippines (Aug. 21, 2019) U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Enforcement Specialist 2nd Class Derek Baker, assigned to Tactical Law Enforcement Team Pacific, works with a Philippine coast guardsman to demonstrate subduing techniques during the visit, board, search and seizure workshop as part of Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) 2019 at the Philippine Coast Guard Headquarters in Manila.
