U.S. Army Reserve 1st Lt. Michael Pernell, a human resource officer with the 211th Regional Support Group, gives a farewell gift to Col. Kelly McNeese, outgoing commander of the 211th Regional Support Group, during a retirement ceremony on August 18, 2019, at Corpus Christ, Texas.
