Two young males in matching navy blue uniforms are pulling a large, heavily rusted anchor chain across a weathered wooden dock or pier surface. They appear to be working in coordination, using metal hooks or tools to drag the chain. The setting appears to be a maritime or naval training facility, suggested by their uniforms bearing an insignia and the industrial dock environment.
