Contractors work on a water main infrastructure project Aug. 20, 2019, on the cantonment area at Fort McCoy, Wis. During spring, summer, and fall every year, construction projects like this one take place at Fort McCoy to ensure the installation has the best infrastructure possible to support the installation’s mission.
