    190827-A-DS579-0052 RIOHACHA, Colombia (August 27, 2019) - Construction Electrician 3rd Class Andrew Ruehl and Builder Constructionman Lane O'Brien, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE, start a cement mixer during construction of a new school for the indigenous Wayuu people of Colombia, as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2019. SPS 19 consists of fly-away deployments of adaptive force packages to Barbados, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Peru to conduct training and subject matter expert exchanges to improve capacity in medical, dive operations, and engineering.
