Kaori Sei, executive officer of the Asagiri-class destroyer JS Yamagiri (DD 152), track vessels during the Southeast Asia Cooperation and Training (SEACAT) 2019 command post exercise at Changi Naval Base. This year marks the 18th iteration of SEACAT, which is designed to enhance maritime security skills by highlighting the value of information sharing and multilateral coordination.
