Sgt. Edward Oleyar waits inside the arch to be called by the Command Sergeants Major panel at the Non-commissioned Officer Corps ceremony held in Camp Virginia, Kuwait, Sept. 7, 2007. Oleyar, 25, received an official induction into the NCO Corps along with 30 other NCOs during the ceremony. The Army Reserve Soldier whose home unit is the 485th Chemical Battalion, 464th Chemical Brigade. Oleyar is now deployed to Camp Virginia, Kuwait. More than 200 Soldiers observed the sergeants induction into the NCO Corps.
