A U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Ward (WPC-1130) crew member obtains a sample of cocaine for testing after several bales of the illegal drug were discovered drifting in international waters of the eastern Pacific Ocean August 22, 2019. The crew also intercepted some 3,000 pounds of cocaine from a suspected smuggling vessel on July 16.
