U.S. Army Col. Seth L. Morgulas formally took command of the 369th Sustainment Brigade during Change-of-Command ceremony on Saturday, August 3, 2019. Morgulas took over command of the brigade from Col. Stephen M. Bousquet. Brig. Gen. Michel Natali, the Commander of the 53rd Troop Command and Assistant Adjutant General of New York, attended the ceremony. The 369th Sustainment Brigade is the descendant of the Harlem Hell Fighters who fought as an African-American unit in a segregated Army in World War I. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Spc.
