Lt. Col. Karl Sondermann (second from right), commander, 21st Special Troops Battalion, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, presents an award, Aug. 29, 2019, to the team that captured the most flags during the capture the flag event of the 21st STB's Tactical Dining-in at Kapaun Air Station, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
